negligence

Oh, yeah, you again. Sure, sure, I know. But I've been fulminating, see, and I don't like throwing words around unless I like the way they cohere. Speaking of coherence, here's a little game I like to twizzle. It's called Scrumbumple. Behold the following:

T A P E
A P E X
R E D O
E X O N

Basically, you make word squares, in which words are made both horizontally and vertically. Not clear enough? OK, watch closely...

P I N S
I C O N
N O V A
S N A P

Of course, the shorter the words, the easier the square. More letters, more variables. Three are pretty easy, four are a challenge, and five are next to impossiforgetit. The following little greaseball I consider to be my crowning achievement...

B E A S T
E M B E R
A B O D E
S E D G E
T R E E D

There you have it, all you bibliophiles. I absolutely step up, spit in your face, slap you with my felted white glove and challenge you to one-up me. Or even tie me. C'mon, go ahead, I dare ya.
